By accessing, registering on, or using the 777cw platform available at 777cw.org (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777cw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

By completing the 777cw registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and address — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Your 777cw Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activity conducted under your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or permit any other individual to place wagers using your Account. 777cw will treat all actions performed using your credentials as having been authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 777cw support immediately at [email protected]. 777cw is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or delayed reporting a suspected breach.

777cw may, at its discretion, suspend or restrict an Account for any of the following reasons:

• Pending completion of identity or age verification (KYC);
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity;
• A request by a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority;
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion or cooling-off request by the Account holder;
• Suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

All financial transactions on the 777cw Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777cw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other major Pakistani banks
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20

Deposits are subject to a minimum amount as specified in the cashier. 777cw does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are your responsibility. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have accepted the relevant offer within the specified claim window;
• Bonus funds are credited as a Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as Real Money;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry timelines are stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• 777cw reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly;
• Users found to be abusing promotions — including through bonus hunting, arbitrage, or multi-accounting — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for potential closure.

All wagers placed on the 777cw Platform are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Odds are subject to change up until the point a wager is accepted and confirmed;
• Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed;

4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes;
6. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation;
7. Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment instruments;
8. Conducting any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing;

Any unauthorised use of 777cw's intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and legal action where appropriate.

777cw's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the User's Real Money Balance held in their Account at the time the claim arises. 777cw makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777cw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cw holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall first be submitted to 777cw's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must contact 777cw support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint, your Account reference, and any supporting documentation. 777cw undertakes to acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If you are not satisfied with 777cw's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 777cw's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available by contacting 777cw support.

777cw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to deposit or withdrawal rules, eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct definitions — 777cw will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
